Our rooms can be configured with either single or double beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your stay.
For your convenience, all rooms are located on the ground floor, offering easy access with parking directly in front of each unit.
Every unit is fully self-contained, featuring its own private kitchen and bathroom, so there's no need to share facilities with other guests. We believe comfort, convenience, and privacy are the key ingredients for a relaxing stay.

Booking
You can book via our website, phone, or approved platforms. Your booking is confirmed after receiving a confirmation email or payment.
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards and online payments. Full payment or a deposit may be required at booking.
Cancellation
For free cancellation at least 3 days' notice must be given.
Cancellation within 3 days will incur a fee of one night's accommodation.
Cancellation within 24 hours you may be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-book your room.
Note all cancellations must be in writing.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00PM to 8:00PM | Check-out: by 10:00AM
Early check-in or late check-out may incur extra charges.
Guest Responsibilities
Please follow our rules, including noise and smoking. Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or property.
Pets
Selected pet-friendly rooms are available for guests travelling with dogs. An additional fee applies for dogs, and all dogs must be kept under their owner's control at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs both within the motel grounds and inside their room. Any damage, excessive cleaning, or additional costs resulting from a dog's stay will be the responsibility of the guest and may incur additional charges.
Motel Responsibilities
We provide a safe and clean stay. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, except as required by law.
Facilities
Some facilities may have rules or extra charges. Temporary closures may occur for maintenance.
Privacy
Your information is kept secure and used for booking and communication only. We don't share your data without consent unless required by law.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. We may update these terms at any time.
